Even though we’re not quite sure how we’re almost two months into 2022, we do know that it’s shaping up to be a great year of growth for Digital Additive. We’re excited to welcome new members to our team, to work with new clients we’re thrilled to call our partners, and to keep the trend going by continuing to expand.
DA Welcomes New Team Members
Since our last introduction of new hires in October, we’ve had five new and wonderful additions to the company. Get to know some of our newest team members, the role they’ll be playing at the company, and the little things that make them tick.
Thrisa Powells — People Operations Director
• What are your favorite things to do outside of work? I love spending time with my large family, hosting gatherings, being the MC for game night, volunteering, and participating in church activities.
• What can you not live without? Faith, family, and my puppy Ash Beau.
• In a parallel universe, what career would you have? Therapist, attorney, or spend my life doing mission trips.
• A little known fact about you? I can literally watch Law & Order SVU all day, every day. I low-key think I’m a detective and can solve every case.
Sarah Gough — Account Executive
• What is the guilty pleasure song that makes you happy every time it’s on? Firework by Katy Perry
• What can you not live without? Outback Steakhouse, cheese, the Office
• In a parallel universe, what career would you have? Working at a winery in some capacity — or owning one!
• Favorite way to spend a Saturday? Relaxing on the couch with my cat Morty, or brunch and a long walk if the weather is nice
Kathleen Lipham — People Operations Coordinator
• What do you like to do in your free time? Outside of work I love to listen to live music, specifically the Grateful Dead and Phish. I did my MA thesis on the Grateful Dead and have been a member of the Deadhead community for 3+ years now.
• In a parallel universe, what career would you have? I would be the person who chooses the music for specific TV shows and movie scenes. I always have felt like I would be good at this type of job.

Andrea Jaimes — Developer, Email
• What do you like to do off the clock: “In my free time, I like working on animation projects I have saved or practicing bass guitar skills.”
• Favorite way to spend a Saturday? “Sleeping, watering my plants, and playing video games.”
• What’s a little known fact about you? “I love watching skincare videos, especially the ASMR ones where they’re using really high end products like Lancome and SK-II. My favorite products are Korean brands.
Halden Williams — Operations Specialist
• What do you like to do off the clock: “In my spare time, I like to do 3D modeling using animation software.”
• What makes you tick? “I can’t live without strawberry poptarts.”
