Google Analytics

At Digital Additive we use a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about the use of our website (e.g., Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the website, what pages they visit, when they visit, and the website they used prior to coming to our website). Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date that you visit the website along with information about your web browser and the device used to visit the website, but not your name or other identifying information that you may provide through a form on the website. The information collected through the use of Google Analytics is not combined with any personal information you may have provided to Digital Additive. Mailing lists you may join

On our website we provide means for users to sign up to receive communications from Digital Additive such as email newsletters, product information, or to request we contact them directly. We use FreshAddress – an email hygiene service provider – to validate the submitted email address. We partner with Salesforce to store that information and we use the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send emails. We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to track delivery rates, opens and clicks of our emails to see what content is being engaged with and to help us improve the quality of our email communications. You can always opt out of receiving these emails from within the email itself.

Partners that we may share data with

We only share your data under limited circumstances in accordance with applicable law. Beyond the above mentioned usage of Google Analytics, FreshAddress, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we do not share your data with any other partners.

Children's data

Our websites are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us as described in the "Access to your personal information" section below and we will take steps to delete such Personal Data from our systems.
