Who Are We Looking For?

Do you have a passion for customer messaging, “done right,” and a desire to grow your career? As a Solutions Architect – Salesforce Marketing Cloud you will experience an Atlanta-based eCRM (electronic Customer Relationship Management) focused agency specializing in utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform (SFMC).

You will get to be side by side some of the most talented, dedicated, and fun digital marketers in the industry. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to meeting our clients’ goals while providing you an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

What you will be doing:

  • You will lead client-facing conversations, particularly around requirement gathering and then present solutions based on these findings.
  • Be very active within Marketing Cloud, especially configuring data and contact schema as well as designing business unit structure and hierarchy to support clients’ goals.
  • You will create and present high-level overviews of the SFMC architecture and integration capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Clearly and articulately document technical solutions and integrations (i.e. data design documents, code samples, screenshots, etc.) that you will supply to the internal team in the build out of solutions.
  • You will lead the design and implementation of all applications within SFMC including, but not limited to: Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, Advertising Studio, Einstein Predictive Intelligence and Interaction Studio.
  • You will assist in the development of emails, landing pages, preference centers, journeys, automations, and SQL queries as required to implement solutions.
  • You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients to address their on-going and growing SFMC needs.
  • You have a passion for serving as a mentor by staying current on training opportunities and industry trends to enrich the knowledge of other colleagues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • You have 3 - 5+ years of related technical client-facing experience, with an Email Service Provider (ESP), preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC, formally ExactTarget).
  • You hold Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Email Specialist certifications.
  • You have hands-on experience in the design and development of Automations, Triggers, Life-cycle journeys.
  • You are proficient in AMPscript development for emails and CloudPages.
  • You have some experience with the Marketing Cloud Connector and other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc).
  • You are great at being proactive and developing a great partnership with the client.
  • You have the ability and desire to think outside the box and are always figuring out ways to exceed client expectations.
  • You have experience leading client facing conversations.
