Senior Account Executive

Digital Additive is seeking an Account Executive to join our team as a client relationship leader.  The account executive offers experienced analytical and digital marketing strategy to clients while working collaboratively with internal teams in an Agile framework to exceed client expectations.   • Establish and maintain positive client relationship with 2-3 key agency clients
  • Ensure agency output meets agreed-upon client strategies and deliverables
  • Work closely with clients to manage projects, including project requirement identification, internal and external collaboration and timeline management
  • Actively lead or participate in regular meetings and foster proactive communication
  • Responsible for keeping both internal and external client teams informed on programs and initiatives on a daily basis
  • Actively collaborate within highly skilled internal client delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Build strong rapport with internal support teams and external client contacts
  • Estimate, budget, and scope client projects
  • Estimate effort and cost for client approval when applicable
  • Assist in generating invoices on schedule
  • Work closely with Account Lead/Director in project planning of ongoing programs and key initiatives
  • Lead internal project management while maintaining client expectations
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions based on client business knowledge
  • Translate client/business requests into tangible projects
  • Perform and lead project data analysis for all client programs
  • Utilize technology platforms to optimize projects
  • Lead test case development and guides user acceptance testing/QA
  • Ensure client goals are met – and exceeded
  • Provide technical input and keep up with industry trends
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams on project analysis and data planning
  • Provide day to day leadership, support, career development and training for direct reports
  • Represent Digital Additive at local and national industry events


  • At least 4 years of prior experience with direct client relationship management
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, managing others
  • At least one year of experience with marketing data and analytics to inform projects and strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment with proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Passion for email and digital marketing
  • Keen interest in learning our clients’ businesses
  • Sharp attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
  • College degree required
