Account Executive

Digital Additive is seeking an Account Executive to join our team as a client relationship leader.  The account executive offers experienced email marketing strategy to clients while working collaboratively with internal teams in an Agile framework to exceed client expectations.

Account Executive Responsibilities - Account Management

  • Establish and maintain positive client relationship with 2-3 key agency clients
  • Ensure agency output meets agreed-upon client strategies and deliverables
  • Work closely with clients to manage project deliverables, including project requirement identification, asset collection and timeline management
  • Actively lead or participate in regular update meetings, ongoing communication, etc. – both internal and client/external
  • Responsible for creating and publishing meeting notes (internal and client facing)
  • Actively collaborate within highly skilled internal client delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Build strong rapport with internal support teams
  • Estimate effort and cost for client approval
  • Assist in generating invoices on schedule
  • Represent Digital Additive at local and national industry events

Account Executive Responsibilities - Business Analyst and Project Management

  • Work closely with Account Lead/Director in project planning and identification
  • Manage project scope, proactively preventing project scope creep
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions based on business knowledge
  • Translate client/business requests into tangible manageable projects
  • Provide technical recommendations and keep up with industry trends
  • Lead test case development and guides user acceptance testing/QA
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams on project analysis and data planning
  • Obtain timely input and approval for agency deliverables
  • Ensure client goals are met – and exceeded

Requirements

Account Director

The account director leads email strategy, builds and maintains strong client relationships, and provides day-to-day leadership to the account services team.  The account director is the senior point of contact for the management of client relationships and reports to the President.

Responsibilities - Relationship Leader, Client and Internal

  • Owns client relationship with a key agency client (large account) and some smaller clients
  • Builds strong rapport with clients at all levels of the organization and develops long-term relationships

Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist

The operations specialist is responsible for the deployment of email campaigns and microsites on behalf of Digital Additive’s clients. This includes focus on subscriber segmentation, quality assurance reviews, executing test sends, preparing the final subscriber list and scheduling the deployment.  Operations specialists work side by side in an Agile workflow with the account service and development teams to ensure that the highest quality customer based emails are deployed on time and exceed client expectations every day. This position provides a wonderful industry entry point as part of the operations team. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with members of the Operations team to manage, create and deploy campaigns on behalf of clients by executing tasks related to audience segmentation, email scheduling, and email sending
  • Manage subscriber data, import and segment using a combination of Marketing Cloud tools and database queries
  • Communicate with the client; related to email revisions and other production topics
  • Schedule deployments in the Marketing Cloud application and provide completion communication to the client
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of email and microsite deployments
  • Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion
  • Develop robust campaign documentation, including customer specific work instructions
  • Troubleshoot failed automation and work with clients for resolution
  • Create automated workflows that are monitored on an ongoing basis
  • Manage reoccurring automations and resolve errors
  • Keep up to date with email trends and identify opportunities for client improvements
  • Become an expert on primary functionality of our email software provider(s)
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Represent Digital Additive at local and national industry events

Requirements

  • College degree required, BA/BS in marketing or related field preferred
  • Passionate interest in data-driven one-to-one digital marketing: email, social, display retargeting, etc
  • Solid communication skills, including the ability to communicate with multiple clients as well as internal technical, creative, and marketing staff.

Digital Additive is looking for an Account Coordinator with a passion for digital marketing to join our team. In this supporting role, you will be collaborating with clients and internal departments to deliver high-quality email projects within an Agile framework. This position provides a wonderful industry entry point as part of the Account Services team.

Responsibilities

  • Supports account management team in developing strong client relationships
  • Manages client work requests and day-to-day campaign implementation

Marketing Operations Manager

Digital Additive is looking for a manager to lead the email marketing operations team to ensure accurate, timely and consistent delivery of our clients’ email campaigns. This role is focused on improving email production processes and efficiencies in an Agile workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day leadership, support, and training for the Marketing Operations team
  • Create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency with a focus on empowering and enabling operations team member development
  • Provide guidance, and work in collaboration with, direct reports on career development to achieve individual and agency success
  • Understand key performance metrics, how they impact overall success, and coach employees for improved metric attainment (including client success, certifications, etc.)
  • Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance and support to departments throughout the agency including Operations, Account Service, and Developers
  • Evaluate new technologies, applications, and integrations

Solutions Architect, Email Marketing Operations

The Solution Architect is a strategic advisor for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and serves as a Salesforce product and platform expert.  The Operations Solution Architect leads the design and delivery of technical solutions within an Agile framework for Digital Additive’s internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a program’s vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies
  • Assist in the technical scope for projects and business objectives
  • Present high-level overviews of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities
  • Scope with clients and internal teams to plan out customer journeys and identify requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder
  • Implement and upgrade Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Connector to Marketing Cloud
  • Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single client engagement
  • Troubleshoot integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and implementation of other Marketing Cloud and Salesforce developer products.
  • Technical advisor for evaluation and testing of integrations utilized by Digital Additive
  • Technical advisor and mentor to Operations team
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager on Salesforce product offerings and third party integrations
  • Collaborate with Operations Director on implementation of third party programs

Required Technical Skills
